Free Discovery Call

STEP 01

We start with a free 30-minute call  to get to know each other. You’ll share your goals, and I’ll introduce you to the principles and process of yoga therapy.

Assessment and exploration sessions

STEP 02

We begin with a few sessions to assess where your body is, how you breathe, and what your mental tendencies are. Together, we tailor a personalized practice plan, and I create a custom video just for you—so you can maintain your independent home practice, or if you like we can keep on practicing together. In more complex cases, we may take a little extra time for further exploration before finalizing the plan

At this stage, you decide how often we meet. I can fine-tune your practice and offer adjustments as needed, ensuring it continues to serve you best. And of course, if you wish to have ongoing support, I am here for you! 

What can you expect?

Often when we think of healing we think of making the problem go away. Yoga therapy is not a cure but a process of tunning in (and out) to best manage the situation. Often the tuning will be a gateway to healing.

Yoga Therapy - a personal note.

There is something profoundly healing about coming home - bringing the mind, the breath, and the body together in harmony.

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, taking the time to turn inward is almost a radical act. 

Yoga therapy is more than movement. It is a living thread of ancient wisdom, woven through time and space, arriving at your mat. It offers not just relief, but resilience. A way to know yourself, heal yourself, and discover your potential.

I have yet to find another healing modality that is both as empowering to the practitioner and as accessible as yoga.

Over time, you become your own therapist. A deep connection is established to the source: to your own inner wisdom.
