Free Discovery Call
STEP 01

We start with a free 30-minute call to get to know each other. You’ll share your goals, and I’ll introduce you to the principles and process of yoga therapy.
Assessment and exploration sessions
STEP 02
We begin with a few sessions to assess where your body is, how you breathe, and what your mental tendencies are. Together, we tailor a personalized practice plan, and I create a custom video just for you—so you can maintain your independent home practice, or if you like we can keep on practicing together. In more complex cases, we may take a little extra time for further exploration before finalizing the plan

Practice facilitation
STEP 03

At this stage, you decide how often we meet. I can fine-tune your practice and offer adjustments as needed, ensuring it continues to serve you best. And of course, if you wish to have ongoing support, I am here for you!
