Wholly Well-being with Chen

I have been exploring the body-brain-mind connection for over two decades. My path is an integration of the wisdom of yoga with science based evidence and Chopra coaching methodology to support holistic well-being. My journey began in 2001 with the practice of yoga, leading to my certification as a senior Vijnana yoga teacher in 2007 and as a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) in 2020. Academically, I hold an M.A. in cognitive science and a B.Sc. in computer science and cognitive science.

While pursuing a Ph.D. in brain science, a breast cancer diagnosis profoundly reshaped my life's mission, inspiring me to focus on facilitating healing and wellness for myself and others. Recently, my family and I relocated from Israel to Boulder, CO, where I am further expanding my expertise as a Health and Wellness Chopra Coach trained by the IIN. Having personally navigated significant life challenges, I understand the invaluable role of compassionate support and am here to guide you on your path to holistic well-being.
