requires us to rethink our way. This program is designed to help you navigate your health challenge while integrating all my resources as a health and wellness coach, as a yoga therapist and as a fallow traveler to support you.

The Health Journey process

Free Discovery Call

STEP 01

We start with a free 30-minute call  to get to know each other. You’ll share your challenges, and I’ll about the journey process.

Assessment and exploration sessions

STEP 02

We begin with two sessions to assess where your body is, how you breathe, and what your mental tendencies are. Together, we tailor a personalized practice plan, and I create a custom video just for you—so you can maintain your independent home practice, or if you like we can keep on practicing together. In more complex cases, we may take a little extra time for further exploration before finalizing the plan

At this stage, you decide how often we meet. I can fine-tune your practice and offer adjustments as needed, ensuring it continues to serve you best. And of course, if you wish to have ongoing support, I am here for you

What can you expect?

Often when we think of therapy we think of making the problem go away. Yoga therapy is not a cure to a specific problem but a process of tunning in (and out) to best manage the situation.

What is Yoga Therapy?

  • Purpose
    Purpose is the deeper reason behind one’s existence. It is the guiding force that brings fulfillment and helps clients align their actions with their authentic self. How it supports wellness: A strong sense of purpose enhances resilience, motivation, and overall well-being. Research shows that people with a clear purpose experience lower stress, better health outcomes, and greater life satisfaction.
  • Intention
    Intention is the conscious choice to direct thoughts and actions toward a desired outcome. It is the bridge between purpose and daily practice. How it supports wellness: Setting a clear intention supports wellbeing by making choices and actions that align with your health goals.
  • Meaning
    Meaning is derived from our experiences, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves about life. How it supports wellness: A life rich in meaning promotes emotional resilience, joy, and inner peace. When clients become aware to meaning, they shift from reacting to life’s challenges to responding with wisdom.
  • Shadow
    The shadow represents unconscious beliefs, fears, and suppressed emotions that influence behavior. It includes parts of ourselves we may reject or deny. How it supports wellness: Unprocessed shadows lead to self-sabotage, stress, and emotional blocks. Integrating the shadow creates wholeness, self-acceptance, and emotional freedom.
