requires us to rethink our way. This program is designed to help you navigate your health challenge while integrating all my resources as a health and wellness coach, as a yoga therapist and as a fallow traveler to support you.

We start with a free 30-minute call  to get to know each other. You’ll share your challenges, and I’ll about the health journey process.

7 sessions of exploring and tunning your health

STEP 02

  1. The first session is devoted to gain clarity around your intentions  and introduction to the multidimensional health model.

  2. We explore your physical dimension and the resources it offers.

  3. We explore your energy dimension and learn tools to modulate your energy level as required.

  4. We explore your mental dimension and introduce mindfulness techniques

  5. We explore your inner wisdom dimension and learn how to strengthen our connection with it.

  6. We explore your sources of joy and growth

  7. We reflect on the process and come up with a multidimensional support system.

All this is just a suggestion - we can adjust the plan according to your unique needs

At this stage, you decide how often we meet. I can fine-tune your practice and adapt it as needed, ensuring it continues to serve you. And of course, if you wish to have ongoing support, I am here for you

During this journey I serve as a guide. As someone who have experienced several health challenges I hope that by sharing with you my experiences as well as science based and yogic methods I can help you in finding your way to your best possible health.

Health Journey - a personal note.

I’ve met a few challenges in my life; among them, breast cancer (*2), a herniated disc following childbirth, living in warzone, several relocations and the everyday struggles we all face. Through these challenges, I’ve come to know the resilience we all can access as humans.

 

To stand tall.
To breathe through difficulty.
To trust the body to heal.
To listen to my deepest needs.

I know pain - and the ways to work with it.
I know fear - and the ways to meet it.
I know what it’s like to doubt the body, and how to rebuild trust.

Each of us walks a personal path, but being accompanied on that journey can illuminate hidden trails and ease the weight on the heart.

I’m here with you. To search, together, for the path that’s right for you.
This is a heartfelt invitation to reach out and see whether I may be of support.
