Based on your needs, you can choose a flexible package* of 3, 5, or 10 sessions, scheduled at your own pace. Each session blends deep listening, mind-body tools, and meaningful reflection, personalized to support your wellbeing journey.
What can you expect?
As a coach with MA in cognitive science and C-IAYT yoga therapist I integrate cerebral-emotional and embodied practices with my coaching. We will use meditation, breath and connecting with the body to gain insights into your purpose, intention, meaning and shadow (the coaching cornerstones).
By the end of our journey you should gain:

Coaching gives me the opportunity to gain perspective, name my intentions, and set meaningful goals. And most importantly, it offers the support and accountability that can make all the difference.
As a coach who has walked through deep personal challenges and spent years exploring the mind-body connection, I don’t come with quick fixes. I come with presence, tools, and a deep knowing of the terrain.
